Policies

  • Office Hours – 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Check in – 3:00 pm, Check out – 11:00 am
  • Rates – For two adults. Maximum of two guests per room except Rosita (Room 1), Hyacinth (Room 6) and Rosemary (Room 7) which accommodates four guests. There is a charge of $20 per additional adult  and children 12 years and under are free.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations received within 72 hours prior to arrival (except during special events) are subject to the first night’s room stay.
    • Cancellations received with 21 days for Car Week (August  14-16, 2014) are charged the 3-night minimum stay requirement unless room is resold.
  • Minimum Stay Requirement
    • Two-night minimum stay applies to Martin Luther King weekend, AT&T Pro-Am, Presidents Day, Easter, Big Sur Marathon, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Concours on the Avenue (8/12-15/15), Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving 11/25-28/15, Christmas week 12/24-31/15.
    • Three-night minimum stay applies to Car Week 8/12-15/15.
